Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Cosplayfuns, we always aim to promptly ship your orders. Once your order is packaged and a tracking number is generated, we will send you a confirmation email as per your preferred method. Additionally, our professionals will perform a quick quality check before the order leaves our warehouse and is sent to you, to ensure product quality.

After your order is shipped, you will receive an email with the first positive update. The email contains basic order information such as the order number, logistics carrier, logistics tracking number, and order tracking link. This allows you to conveniently track the status of your order.

Shipping Time

  • Orders are processed and shipped within 2-4 business days.
  • Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.
  1. Based on past statistics, our packages usually take 7-10 business days to arrive in the United States. Therefore, if you require delivery before a specific date, we recommend that you allow at least 10 business days. For other countries, we suggest allowing at least 25 business days.
  2. Statistics show that 90% of packages sent via standard airmail service arrive on time. However, shipping times may be longer during holiday periods, especially during the Christmas period when all mail and customs warehouses are busy. Delivery times may also be affected by adverse weather conditions.
  3. We do our utmost to ensure prompt and secure delivery of all packages, but we are not affiliated with the postal service in your country. If you wish to check shipping information, please refer to our “Track Your Order” page.
  4. If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery times, please contact our support team at [email protected] to investigate your tracking information and review the next steps. If your order has not arrived within 60 days of the original purchase date, you are entitled to a full refund.

Shipping Company & Shipping Fee

All of our products at Cosplayfuns are shipped by YunExpress from our warehouse in China. YunExpress collaborates with local logistics companies and uses carriers such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, and other companies for the last mile delivery.

  1. We offer standard and expedited shipping options to most countries worldwide. Please note that the shipping times listed in the table are estimates and may vary depending on your location and other factors beyond our control.
  2. Certain states such as Alaska and Hawaii may experience longer than usual shipping times, approximately 5-6 weeks.
  3. If you have any questions or concerns about your order or shipping, please contact our customer service team for assistance.

Orders that qualify for free shipping will ship standard shipping; valid only on shipping to the 48 contiguous states. Additional shipping fees may be assessed on orders shipped to Hawaii, Alaska, US Territories and P.O. Box or APO/FPO/DPO. International shipping fees will be assessed on all orders shipped outside the US.

About Tax

Our products do not include any taxes in the order amount, which only covers the product price and shipping. If there are taxes for our products shipped to your country, you will be responsible for paying those taxes.

Cancel Order

We offer immediate order cancellations within 24 hours of purchase. If you change your mind within that time, please contact us at [email protected] and we will cancel and refund your order in full as soon as possible.

Returned Orders

If your order is returned to us for any of the following reasons, we will refund your payment method for the returned product minus the original shipping fees and any additional fees incurred to return the product to our warehouse (including return postage and handling):

  • Incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address
  • No one available to accept delivery
  • Order refused by the customer for any reason, including damaged product/products

Lost or Stolen Packages

Please ensure that you provide a secure shipping address for your packages. Once your package is in the hands of a shipping carrier (USPS, FedEx, etc.), it becomes their responsibility. If your package is lost or stolen during delivery or after it has been delivered, please file a report with your shipping carrier and notify us at [email protected]. We will review all cases and do our best to send a replacement order or issue a store credit if possible.

If your tracking number indicates that your package has been delivered, but you have not received it, please do the following:

  • Verify that the shipping address on your order is correct
  • Look for an attempted delivery notice slip
  • Double-check your area in case the package is stored in a hidden area
  • Check with your neighbors or anyone in your residence who may have accepted the package
  • Allow an extra 1-2 days, as orders have occasionally been marked as delivered before actually arriving

Cosplayfuns is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, but we will try our best to help you locate and recover your package. In cases where the package was not delivered due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees will apply to reship your package. Package Delivery and Explanation of Re-Delivery

Our logistics company will keep track of the status of your package at all times to ensure that it is en route as expected. If there is a delay in the delivery of your package, we will contact you via email to explain the situation, so please be sure to check your email regularly.

There are generally three main reasons for a delay in delivery:

  1. Extreme weather conditions may cause a delay in the delivery of packages;
  2. The customer’s contact address is unclear or the contact information provided is invalid;
  3. The customer has left the delivery address without contacting us to correct the situation.

Please note that in addition to the first situation mentioned above, if the package delivery fails due to the latter two reasons, our company will charge a re-delivery fee.
